second day**

today attend in 4x100 and roop skipping
i feel very angry for that
because the roop skipping
just skip for 41 times onli
haiz....
very few only
the champion have skip for 99 times(J3C)
the first runner up skip for ?? times(J3?)
the second runner up skip for 74 times(S1C2)
i duno they all how to skip one
everytimes also got people step the roop
the longest is skip for 4 times only...
haiz...


the 4x100m final
is the last program
so the sun is very big...
i feel very hot for it
today
marie is the first
pei hua is the second
sook lin the third
and me is the last
this is because of
marie just finish runing in 800m final
so she is tired
but she also run very fast
when she run she cut become the first
pei hua also run in the first
but until the third the other is very fast so become the 5th
me cut 1 people so just got the 4th only
i have oledi try my best
...

today i tired then yesterday
because i try my best to ran 4x100m

400m is vey long for me
and today my leg is pain
